Founded in Toronto in 2024, THREE14 is a consulting firm built for founders and early-stage teams across industries. We help them navigate complex, technical problems and turn them into practical, working systems, combining data science, regulatory expertise, and hands-on project experience, with particular depth in carbon capture and carbon dioxide removal.
What we do...
Rather than a fixed menu of services, our work tends to fall into four areas: technology and data systems, strategy, operations, and carbon program execution, often overlapping on the same project.

Workflow design and process automation for teams that are growing faster than their systems can handle. We use design thinking to understand how work actually happens before we touch a single tool, then make sure whatever gets selected actually fits the team, not the other way around.
We sit down with founders to figure out what actually matters right now, whether that's the best path to market, where the biggest gaps are, or the materials investors need to say yes. From there, we build the plan.
Streamlining operations for carbon removal and capture projects, from nature-based approaches to engineered and industrial systems. Regulatory alignment, MRV systems, and the design and implementation of workflows and technology to scale participation in voluntary and regulatory carbon markets.
